Australia - Postal Information Delivery is through our
choice of Australia Post or Couriers. Most orders are shipped with
Australia Post. Some products are shipped to you directly from
the distributor and will often arrive via a
courier service (Star Track Express or Fastway)
Most products are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.
Sprout can deliver to PO Boxes although some larger
items must be sent via courier and
these cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. You will be advised if your
item cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Sprout is not directly
liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods in transit but will make
every effort to solve any problems that may arise.
What to
do for non-delivery of order.
Please confirm via
email about the method of delivery. Check with your local Post Office if
applicable, to confirm that it isn't sitting
there. Occasionally, calling cards left by drivers when you are
not at home can be misplaced or lost.
If goods
have not been received, a signed Statutory Declaration will be required
from you.
From this point, Sprout reserves
the right to refund all money paid (including delivery) or to resend the order
in full.
ALL Juicers and orders of higher value are sent with
a tracking number and must be signed for on receipt. Juicers will not be safe dropped at
your house.
Please do not request a call prior to delivery as
I am yet to find a delivery driver who will call before attempting a
drop.
If you know that no-one is going to
be home during the day, you may want to consider having your parcel
directed to your work address.
Return To Sender Articles - items
returned to Sprout due to incorrect address on order or other reason will
be charged a re-delivery fee if you wish to have the product sent to you
again.
Order taking longer than the advised 10
business days?
It is the customer's responsibility to
advise Sprout if an order is late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact
Sprout immediately if this is the case.
Replacement items will
be sent at Sprout's discretion but no liability is accepted for any loss
or damage arising from lost, stolen or damaged items after delivery
has taken place.
Sprout will not accept
liability for any loss or damage resulting from a "late delivery". This
includes "loss of business" because you thought the juicer would arrive in 24 hours but instead, arrived
3 days after you ordered it.
Sprout
cannot send wheat or live seeds to Western Australia
- as of 4th May 2006
Due to W.A. quarantine laws, Sprout is unable to ship
any live seeds into Western Australia.
There are Grain-Free wheatgrass growing kits available for WA customers.
We will endeavour to contact any accidental wheat or seed orders from WA.
Western Australia are the
only state in Australia to have this law.

Estimated delivery times Australia: Sprout endeavours to process and ship your order
as soon as possible. During busy times, this may be up to 48-72 hours
after payment is received. Electric Juicers & Easygreen Sprouters may
take slightly longer than the times listed below.
While in most
cases, delivery will be considerably quicker, please allow 10
business days for your
order to arrive.

What do I do if my order has arrived
damaged or "dead on arrival"?
While I can appreciate your
disappointment, the best and easiest way to solve a problem like this is
to take a photo of the damaged part and email it to Sprout as soon as
possible. This is the easiest way to send replacements.
Sometimes,
things go wrong but please don't stress. Every problem has a solution -
