These factors are totally out of the seller's control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Consequentally, the seller cannot unconditionally guarantee any seed variety to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes.

While Sprout makes every effort to source and supply high quality seed products, the customer must keep in mind that it is Mother Nature at work. Sprout values our customers and if we are advised of failing seeds, we will make every effort to make it up to the customer on any subsequent order!
