CHOICE Magazine - Juicer Report
CHOICE magazine is Australia's leading consumer advice provider. Although I don't always agree with their findings or advice, they do offer a generally unbiased and succinct approach to consumer products and services. They recently undertook a comparison test between centrifugal and cold-press juicers.
Not surprisingly, the results sway in favour of the cold-press juicers in terms of retention of nutrients as well as the overall quality & safety of the machines.
If you are moving towards the purchase of a new cold-press juicer, then this is a valuable read. If you already have one, then this report confirms why these types of juicers are just so easy to fall in love with..!
Every day I'm talking or emailing with people right around the world who are growing sprouts or wheatgrass and it got me thinking. The internet has shrunk this world and there really are some interesting people out there - all living in diverse and different locations!
My call out is for people to email me snap-shots of their sprouts and/or wheatgrass growing and soaking up the environment of your place on this earth.
Try to get the feel of your place in the shot - whether it be urban living, near the mountains, in the desert or on the rolling meadows wherever you may be.
