Sprout is an online business and does not have a shop-front, outlet, agency or representative anywhere around the country. Sprout does not supply freshly grown wheatgrass - anywhere. Sprout cannot send seeds/grain of any type to Western Australia. Please help me keep my costs down so I can pass on the pricing value to you, my customer. In these tough business times, please consider a couple of things prior to contacting Sprout: Sprout is a one-man show and certainly isn't a large corporation. I try my best to answer every phone and email enquiry as quickly as I can. Sprout is an online business. Is your query easily answered by email? If it is, please use the email form below. Please, there is no need to call the 1300 number more than once. Please leave your name and number on the first call. In these tight business times, multiple calls are an unnecessary waste of both of our money! If you leave a message on my mobile, there is then no need to call the 1300 number! Please leave a message if you are connected to the Live Operator when dialling the 1300 number. I'd really like to be able to call you back so please leave your name and a number to call you on (plus it's a waste of your phone call if you don't leave details and it makes the operators feel quite sad and unwanted) The 1300 number is for customer sales and enquiries only. If you are a sales rep, please use the email form below. I will not return phone calls from reps or from businesses who have not thought through the compatability of their products/services with Sprout. Nor have I ever entered the Spanish Lottery or have a wealthy relative killed in a plane crash. Please feel free to send over my wind-fall though. I value your business and I value your interest in Sprout - and I will always call or email you back as soon as possible. The Live Operators don't work for Sprout and cannot answer specific questions about the product range or the progress of your order - they are simply an answering service. Please leave your contact details and I'll be able to help you with anything of that nature. The operators do not need details other than your name and contact number. I have nothing to hide and will happily provide my full contact details ie. address & mobile, with anyone dubious about purchasing from Sprout.  WARRANTY CLAIMS ON JUICERS If you have a warranty claim to make on a juicer purchased from Sprout, please email a couple of photos of the damaged/broken parts to info (at) sprout.net.au The distributors will not act unless they have these photos. It also ensures that the correct parts are replaced. |
