A note on the Live Operator Service: should you call the 1300 number and be answered by a Live Operator (usually a female voice), it generally means that I am away from my office and unable to take your call at that particular moment. Please leave a message with the operator as, like everything in life, it costs for them just to answer your call - even if no message is left.
