Hi Nathan,

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for your assistance with my purchase of the OSCAR VITAL MAX 900 Juicer. It arrived today, only two days after placing my order, and I absolutely love it.

I also own a top of the range Centrifugal juicer which I have already decided to give away to friends as I am so happy with the OSCAR. Not only is it incredibly easy to assemble, disassemble and clean the machine is so quiet. The juicer function is fantastic but I can already see so many possible functions for the Mincing Screen.

I have already used it to make the best sugar-free blackberry sorbet I have ever tasted. I have also made 100% Buckwheat Soba Noodles which are so hard to find in stores as they are always cut with wheat flour.

But I digress, I would like to say thank you for your excellent service. Sometimes when buying products online it is difficult to get a response from the retailer/wholesaler and you kept me up to date every step of the way. I will definately be using sprout.net.au for all my future purchases.

Hi Nathan,

I ordered mung beans from you in late April and they were the best I have ever had!

Was I just lucky that ALL my beans softened and there were NO tooth-breaking hard beans amongst my sprouts?

Or is the quality of your beans always this good? When your site said you had no mung beans in stock, I ordered from another supplier of organic beans. Even when I soaked them overnight, I still had hard beans in every batch of sprouts!

Do you have, or will be able to get the same quality mung beans as before? I'd like to order a kilo at a time. Everyone I give me sprouts to, absolutely loves them!

Got the juicer - ages ago but I keep remembering to send you a thankyou mail at the most inconvenient times - like in the middle of bathing kids etc!! You really did a great job with the price and the delivery was UNBELIEVABLY quick!!! I really wanted a white juicer because the silver looked a tad dodgy in the pics but I was pleasantly surprised when I got it!!! Looks great!!!

I gave her your website to read up on it herself and commented on how wonderful your service is, by the way, she too thought the juice was fantastic.

Thanks for the advice on the right choice of juicers. It has been fantastic to have no-noise, cold pressed fresh juice to start the day of with!!

Can I just say that I think you guys, your service, your product, and your website are absolutely FABULOUS!

I have been growing wheatgrass since the beginning of the year and I am now a strong advocate of the benefits. Sprout has been my supplier from day 1. I just can’t believe it… I have achieved so much this year already and I am convinced that the wheatgrass juice has had a direct contribution. Even the hobby of “growing wheatgrass” is therapeutic in itself.

I would like to thank you for a really great product and such a fast and smooth service, it arrived early Monday morning. I have been looking for a juicer for such a long time to be able to juice my ginger so I can have it in my coffee and cooking too, but this is better as I can do a lot more with it. I have been around so many home and kitchen shops asking questions and no one has been able to help. Some even said there was no such thing. I even got in touch with the ginger factory in Yandina Qld, and they are supposed to sell everything for ginger. Anyway, thanks again and I will spread the word.

Some months ago I purchased some of your seed trays and I ended up having a short discussion with one of your team about what we are doing with them.

We live on a rural property near Katherine in the Northern Territory and we have a small program that rehabilitates injured/orphaned wildlife - manly macropods (Kangaroos and Wallabies) and an even smaller program breeding and releasing some less common species.

I have been drinking “Sprouts” wheatgrass for a few years now, but until recently never grew my own supply. I was reluctant to grow my own, as my grandmother had struggled for years trying to grow her wheatgrass and had loads of problems keeping her wheatgrass supply steady. It used to drive her mad.
Only about 1 month ago I decided to listen to Richie and give growing my own grass a fair go. Well, was I in for a surprise!!!!!!!! It was hassle free, easy to get started and the results have been fantastic. I can't believe I didn't listen to him sooner! The savings are huge and you don't have to wait for a weekly delivery, it is always there when you need it. My only regret is that I waited so long to give it a go. Grow you own, it is the only way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My naturopath recommended that I take 2-3 shots of wheatgrass per day as it has such fantastic health giving qualities. I was fortunate to find Organic Sprout Wheatgrass so I know I'm getting the best quality wheatgrass available, without all the pesticides and artificial fertilisers. I have grown used to the taste and quite enjoy it now.

The wheatgrass is delivered to my door, the cost is very reasonable, and Richie and the staff are really nice people. I really like the fact that the trays and 'mats' are recycled - unlike another (more expensive) non-organic wheat grass grower.

My Grandmother started juicing wheatgrass about 30+ years ago. She grew her own wheatgrass in her courtyard and painstakingly juiced it daily. She passed away last year aged 95, having remained physically strong until near the end of her life.

Upon her death I felt an urge to continue her “wheatgrass tradition.” In contrast to my grandmother growing her own, I chose to buy my wheatgrass from a supplier. “Sprout” was recommended to me through Kevin Rogers from “Retsel grains”.

I have found Sprout’s service fantastic and their wheatgrass is always lovely and fresh, Well done!

Having grown and juiced my own wheatgrass for over 3 years using the "Porkert" manual juicer, it was a pleasure to receive the BL30 manual juicer from you.
Although it produces slightly less juice, the incredibly easy and quick assembly and disassembly, efficient operation, and simple washing of it (in H20 only) puts it far ahead of it's rivals.
Being totally stainless steel is also a huge benefit.
All in all, a fabulous juicer, and excellent service from you at sprout.
